This proto-disco anthem from ‘75 comes courtesy of Ellen Seeling and her partner Jean Fineberg. Lesbo-disco of the highest caliber telling the tale of two women who fell in love over a badass horn section (Seeling & Fineberg are rather accomplished jazz musicians) and loose jazz-funk backing.
It kinda sounds like Janis Joplin making a dance record.
